When it comes to goal setting, we have established the importance of writing down your goals, speaking your goals, revisiting your goals, and having systems in place to keep you accountable. In this blog post, I’m going to tell you why you should be setting SMART goals.
Setting SMART goals helps you to get clear on what achieving your goal will mean to you. When you have this clarity on the outcome of your goal, it becomes easier to set goals that align with your bigger vision. You get clarity on the outcome of your goals when your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
