A visionary in the field of public health entrepreneurship, Quisha believes that public health professionals are uniquely positioned to serve the field of Public Health through entrepreneurship leading the way for public health innovation. Her goal is to shed light on the pivotal role public health and healthcare professionals have in fostering innovation within the entrepreneurial landscape.  

As the CEO of Umemba Health, Quisha helps public health organizations and healthcare systems to educate their workforce, empower their leadership, and expand their community presence.  

At Quisha Umemba Coaching and Consulting, Quisha teaches helping professionals to leverage their expertise, package their genius, and monetize their skillset so they can start, grow, and scale a profitable public health consulting business that makes impact and income.  She also advises organizations on how to innovate workplace culture by nuturing the intrapreneurs within their team.
