Ready.Start.Launch!

Last week I had a strategy session with a budding non-profit consultant who said “people come to me when they get stuck”. I absolutely loved how she described the work that she did as a “business architect” and was happy to help her flesh out her services and packages for her ideal clients.

After our time together, I started thinking to myself….”Quisha, what is it that people come to you for exactly?"… Then I remembered something I read in the book The 5am Club by Robin Sharma.

“Ideas are worth nothing unless backed by application. The smallest of implementation is always worth more than the grandest of intentions and if being an amazing person (insert “entrepreneur” here) and developing a legendary life was easy, everyone would be doing it.”

This quote (which I love so much) reminded me of exactly what people come to me for! People come to me when they want to go from IDEA to IMPLEMENTATION! I help people bridge the gap between INTENTION and ACTION.

In my line of work, I have met tons of people with the best of ideas and intentions, but no idea how to implement them. Most operate from a place of fear which prevents them from getting started in the first place. Those that don’t let fear hinder them suffer from shiny object syndrome jumping from trend to trend without allowing the realization of one profitable business idea to materialize. Don’t get me wrong. These individuals “mean well” and they do want to be successful, but good ideas and intentions alone don’t guarantee success.

I know that you desire to be amazing, impactful, and successful however you will never accomplish your true life’s calling if you are not willing to take a risk and put in the work to get where you need to be. And that’s what I help people do.
