Strategy Session

The goal of the ignition session is to arouse and inflame a burning fury within you and trigger the spark you need to take immediate action towards your business goals. This session will occur halfway through the program and is designed to "light a fire under you" so you keep the motivation to continue through the program successfully.

"Lift-Off!"
Coaching Session

"LIFT OFF!" coaching sessions are "intensive" interactive coaching sessions where we actively collaborate in real time together. We will use this time to set up systems, workflows, and automations or implement new business tools, whatever and however you like. The session results in getting things done and chosen topics willl be based on the group majority.

Quisha Umemba, known as “The Trainer’s Trainer,” is the CEO of Umemba Health. She is a Registered Nurse, Public Health Practitioner, Certified AI Consultant, and Workforce Development Expert with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, education, and leadership.
