Develop Your Curriculum
8 Lessons -
Having spent years as a Nurse Planner for various organizations, I knew that education and training would be the backbone of my Public Health consultancy. I just didn't know at the time how successful it would be.
I've used my skillset as a Nurse Planner, Educator, and Public Health Practitioner to train and certify Community Health Workers. In just three years, I have created 50+ courses, workshops, presentations, and downloadable resources for my business alone. This does not include the countless curricula and training resources that I have created for other organizations, including organizations like Signify Health, a value-based care consulting agency where I serve as their CE Accreditation Consultant overseeing and maintaining the Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Accreditation and their Continuing Medical Education (CME) Accreditation.
Here's another wildly successful venture....licensing my training curriculum!
While it took me over a year to create, test, revise, and improve my Community Health Worker training curriculum, I knew I was a filling a need and a gap. I also knew it was a white-glove solution that would save organizations time, money, headache and frustration. How, you ask? But cutting out the need for...
A curriculum developer
A copywriter
A graphic designer
An instructional designer
Now the money I make from licensing the curriculum is a nice 5-figure pay out every time it is licensed!
I guess you could say I now a little something about developing training curricula, securing CEs, and licensing them.
And I want you to know how to do these things as well!
